Alternate U.S. 19 (Florida 595) South

Alternate (Palm Harbor Boulevard) southbound at junction Pinellas County 752 (Tampa Road). The two meet within the unincorporated community of Palm Harbor. Tampa Road carries the county road west to Orange Street at Ozona and east to Florida 586 (Curlew Road) at Oldsmar. Pinellas County 752 is unrelated to Florida 752 in Escambia County. U.S. 19 Alternate becomes Ft. Harrison Avenue south of the Stevenson Creek bridge. The two now part ways at the Ft. Harrison Avenue split with Myrtle Avenue. Until 2007, U.S. 19A follows Fort Harrison Avenue through downtown Clearwater, but the federal highway was relocated onto Myrtle Avenue to Florida 60 to avoid the heart of the central business district.
