Southbound with the stack interchange at Future Interstate 295 west and U.S. 13 north (Exit 58). The original diamond interchange between U.S. 13 and Interstate 95 saw upgrading from 2000 onward to accommodate the first leg of the Fayetteville outer freeway (Future Interstate 295). Business Loop Interstate 95 splits with Interstate 95 south of the Future Interstate 295 eastern terminus. Business Loop I-95 merges with U.S. 301 nearby on a freeway of its own destined for downtown Fayetteville. Interests to Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base should use Business Loop I-95 & U.S. 301 south to Grove Street (North Carolina 24 & 210) to North Carolina 24 / Bragg Boulevard west. U.S. 301 (Dunn Road) interchanges with Business Loop I-95 nearby, joining the highway south throughout the Fayetteville area. A partial "Y" interchange facilitates the movements between Interstate 95 and Business Loop Interstate 95. The half-cloverleaf interchange with U.S. 301 lies just west of Interstate 95 at Murphy Road. Downtown Fayetteville lies five miles to the southwest.
