Interstate 73 departs U.S. 421 south and Interstate 85 north via Exit 122 onto U.S. 220 south for Randleman and Asheboro. | Exit 118 consists of a three-quarter cloverleaf interchange between Interstates 73 & 85 and U.S. 220 & 421. Two of the eight movements are missing due to the nearby confluence of U.S. 220 with Business Loop Interstate 85 & U.S. 29-70. U.S. 220 continues from there with the trio eastward to Henry Boulevard.
