| Diagrammatical overhead posted along Interstate 40 eastbound in anticipation of the split with Business Loop Interstate 40 & U.S. 421 (Exit 212). Drivers destined for downtown Greensboro along the old route must now exit the Interstate 40 mainline at Exit 212. Exit 212 also serves movements to Future Interstate 73 north & Future Interstate 840 east to Bryan Boulevard.
