| East of the city of Meridian, is this exit on Interstate 20 west/Interstate 59 south. Exit 157B/A is for the U.S. 45 freeway bypass east city with 41,036 residents. This bypass takes traffic southward to Quitman and northward towards Lauderdale. Photo taken 12/08/00.
