Interstate 4 Westbound - Osceola County

| Interstate 4 West |
 |
Florida 417 Toll (Central Florida Greeneway) southbound travelers merge onto Interstate 4 west one mile ahead of the directional-cloverleaf interchange with World Drive (Exit 62). Pictured here is an Interstate 4 shield at the partial "Y" interchange with the Greeneway. Photo taken 05/25/05. |
 |
Exit 62 joins Interstate 4 with World Drive and Celebration Boulevard. World Drive constitutes an expressway spur to Bay Lake, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Magic Kingdom, and Disney's Epcot Center. Celebration Boulevard ties into the south end of World Drive adjacent to Interstate 4. Photo taken 01/01/06. |

Peering at the c/d roadway of Interstate 4 west for Exit 62. The c/d mainline merges onto Interstate 4 west ahead of the future interchange with Florida 429 Toll (Western Beltway). Ramps otherwise travel north to the Disney Complex and south to Celebration via Celebration Boulevard. Photo taken 05/25/05. |

A pair of lanes turn northward onto World Drive at Exit 62. The connection allows motorists arriving from the Central Florida Greeneway to directly access Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney MGM-Studios, and Bay Lake in lieu of Osceola Parkway. World Drive provides interchanges with U.S. 192, Osceola Parkway, and Buena Vista Drive, and Epcot Center Drive. Photo taken 11/06/06. |

A loop ramp carries drivers onto World Drive southbound to its nearby end at Celebration Boulevard. Celebration Boulevard travels north from Celebration High School parallel to Interstate 4 to Campus Street through the community of Celebration itself. Founded in 1994, Celebration is a master-planned community constructed by the Disney Corporation. Built on vacant lands owned by the company, Celebration tries to invoke a new urbanist style of living with dense placement of residential and commercial buildings interlaced with parks and walkways.6 Photo taken 11/06/06. |

Interstate 4 continues through northwest Osceola County through the future interchange with Florida 429 Toll (Daniel Webster Western Beltway) at the Osceola County 545 (Old Lake Wilson Road) overpass. Next in line for westbound drivers is the Exit 58 diamond interchange with Osceola County 532 (Osceola-Polk Line Road). Photo taken 01/01/06. |

Westbound at the Exit 58 ramp departure to Osceola County 532 (Osceola-Polk Line Road). Championsgate Boulevard ties the interchange with Ronald Reagan Parkway to the southwest. Osceola 532 otherwise straddles the county line east four miles to junction U.S. 17 & 92 (Orange Blossom Trail) outside of the Osceola County seat of Kissimmee. Photo taken 01/01/06. |
 |
Interstate 4 enters Polk County before departing the Exit 58 interchange with Osceola-Polk Line Road. Forested frontage gives way to suburban sprawl as the freeway presses southwest toward Lakeland and west to Tampa. Ronald Reagan Parkway travels over Interstate 4 ahead between U.S. 27 and Loughman.
