| Pinellas County 150 (107th Avenue) joins Florida 699 (Gulf Boulevard) with Treasure Island Causeway in downtown Treasure Island. The draw bridge portion of the causeway was rebuilt in 2006-07, replacing the original 1938 span. Opening of the new span (August 25, 2007) coincided with the removal of tolls along the causeway. | Crossing the original northbound side St. John's Pass bridge on Florida 699 (Gulf Boulevard) north. Replacement of the original twin bascule bridges will be completed by early 2010. A $76.9-million project is replacing the original spans with twin-span bascule bridges on the same alignment that will provide a great horizontal clearance to vessels below.
