Through downtown, the state highway travels one-way street couplet of Rosalind Avenue (north) and Orange Avenue (south). Florida 527 north Florida 527 follows Orange Avenue northward from Edgewood north into Downtown Orlando. Just south of the East-West Expressway (Florida 408 Toll) viaduct is the partition of Florida 527 into the one-way street couplet of Rosalind Avenue (north) and Orange Avenue (south). Continuing along Rosalind Avenue, Florida 527 crosses Lake Lucerne, passes underneath the Florida 408 Toll over crossing, and intersects Anderson Street. Anderson Street flows eastbound only and includes an eastbound on-ramp to the East-West Expressway. Between Central Boulevard and Florida 526 (Robinson Street), Rosalind Avenue passes by Lake Eola and Lake Eola Park. An ornamental fountain lies within the lake that was first added in 1912 and later joined by a second fountain in 1957. Traveling along Orange Avenue, the state road first intersects U.S. 17 & 92 (Orlando Avenue). Beyond that intersection is this northbound reassurance shield. Denning Drive travels north-south from the city line to Park Avenue; Minnesota Avenue heads east-west from U.S. 17 & 92 (Orlando Avenue) and Pennsylvania Avenue. Florida 426 constitutes the main east-west arterial through Winter Park; Pennsylvania Avenue travels north to Lake Maitland and south to Lake Sue Avenue.
