Florida 482 follows Sand Lake Road east from Orange County 439 (Turkey Lake Road) and Interstate 4 (Exit 74A) to Florida 528 Toll (Beachline Expressway) near Lake Conway. Sand Lake Road represents original Florida 528 before construction of the then-Bee Line Expressway.
Florida 482 east
Florida 482 begins at Orange County 439 (Turkey Lake Road) and quickly interchanges with Interstate 4 (Exit 74A). East of there are intersections with International Drive, Canada Avenue, and Universal Orlando. Both International Drive and Universal Boulevard serve the International Drive resort area east of Interstate 4.
