Central Florida Greeneway

Seminole Expressway

Encircling the Orlando metropolitan area to the south and east, Florida 417 Toll, the Central Florida Greeneway and Seminole Expressway provides both a bypass and a limited access commuting route. The toll road serves the outskirts of the Orlando near Orlando International Airport, Lake Nona, and Union Park. Further north, Florida 417 Toll (Seminole Expressway) serves the growing areas of Seminole County near Lake Jesup, Sanford, and Lake Monroe. Tolls levied to drivers along the 55-mile route are fairly high. Florida 417 Toll in conjunction with Florida 429 forms the greater Orlando beltway system.

Scenes Pertaining to Florida 417 Toll
Unsigned Florida 4080 comprises the short connector between Florida 408 Toll (Holland East-West Expressway) and Florida 417 Toll (Central Florida Greeneway) near Union Park. The connector facilitates the movements from Florida 408 Toll east to Florida 417 Toll north and Florida 417 Toll south to Florida 408 west. Midway between the partial "Y" interchange ends is a diamond interchage (Exit 1) with Valencia College Lane. Valencia College Lane constitutes a local east-west through route between Florida 551 (Goldenrod Road) and Econlockhatchee Trail. Photo taken 11/06/06.
